This is interesting given prior details which told us that Vengeance redid over 80% of the original soundtrack along with 20 new battle themes. Getting additional insight into that would surely add to the fans’ excitement.
Famitsu revealed the cover illustration in the tweet. It showcases the artistic prowess of Doi as we see Nahobino, Amanozako, and the Kunitsukami Okuninushi, Kushinada-Hime, & Take Minakata aesthetically positioned in the frame. Too bad it doesn’t have the brand-new form we’re going to be sporting in SMT V: Vengeance.
Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeace is rightfully being hailed as the definitive version of the original. Players will be able to choose between the Canon of Creation and the Canon of Vengeance at the start of the game. The latter will feature new faces such as Yoko Hiromine, the 4-demon team of Qadištu, and a lot more
We’ll find out what this version holds once it launches on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, PC, and last-gen consoles.
